Tragedy struck close to home this morning for several Denton country residents. The Selwyn School’s main building caught on fire at around 6 a.m. damaging the main building on the 90 acre campus. No one was harmed in the fire, but the cause is still unknown.
Manny current DHS students have attended preschool, elementary school and perhaps some of middle school at the campus.
The private school which opened in 1957 will be closed for the rest of the week, until fire officials say that it is safe to begin attending classes.
