Harrison retires from coaching after 27 years

After 27 years of coaching, Coach Harrison steps down to fulfill other interests.
After 27 years of coaching baseball across North Texas, seven of those last years being spent at Denton High, Coach Glen Harrison has decided to retire from being head baseball coach at Denton.
At Decatur High School, where he served at for 11 years prior to coaching for Denton, Harrison won 5 district championships as a baseball coach. Post-Decatur, the Denton head coach went on to have a 4-52 win-loss record in district over the course of four years.
In the 2014 district season, the Broncos ended the year with two wins and 12 losses.
When asked to comment, Harrison was unavailable.
