The team consists of Tiffany McKelphin, Jasmine Deckard, Lindsay Devore and Da’ja Ware. Additionally JV and varsity won the meet, beating Aledo, the defending regional champs.

“Our girls did great. I picked up the medals and I’m fairly certain we had more than the other five schools,” coach Mary Gilliland said.

Looking towards the next meet, coach Mary Gilliliand is positive.

“We have big things our future!” she said.  “Our next meet is this Saturday in Dallas. This is our first full meet where all events are participating.”
