Rebbeca Marie Gomez or well known as Becky G is a singer/rapper from Inglewood, California, she first started gaining attention on YouTube by doing cover videos of popular songs. Her new album being produced is called “Becky from the Block”.

It’s a rich album filled with her tale of how she began. Much like the Drake song “Started from the Bottom,” Becky started in a community filled with struggles and hardships so she decided to make a name for herself to give back.

Her album is a personal joy ride through her life’s tales and how she made it to fame and her songs are very refreshing to other songs out right now. Her album is very easy to connect to for teenagers and much easier to jam to and enjoy.

I believe she has real talent and potential and current generation rappers should watch out, because she could be on the billboards top hit list very soon as she gains more popularity. She is very ambitious and has a bright career and future ahead of her. I think her album is great, and can’t wait to hear more from her.
