I am not sure if Jerry Jones blames Wade Phillips for Tony Romo’s injury. I am also not sure what Jerry Jones expected out of Jon Kitna. But, what I am sure of is that I can’t fault Jerry Jones for firing Phillips.

Perhaps the Cowboys embarrass themselves by finishing 0-8, albeit locking up the first overall pick. Will fans be pleased? Or perhaps the fans become understanding of the struggles of managing the one team with the highest expectations in all of football. Will that make it the apocalypse?
